The team of the Venet summit hut hopes that your journey was pleasant. Feel at home. We will make your stay as comfortable as possible and wish you an unforgettable stay at 2,212 metres above sea level.
To answer all your questions, we are happy to provide you with the answers. If a question remains unanswered, we are at your disposal!

The next airport is located in the capital city of Innsbruck - approx. 70 km away.
Furthermore, the airports Zurich, Munich and Salzburg are reachable within approx. 3 hours from Zams.
Do you need a transfer? We will gladly arrange this for you after consultation. You will be responsible for the costs.
Please report any intolerances or allergies directly to the reception.
Only with prior information can we respond to this.
Do you prefer to have some money in your pocket? No problem!
You can find ATMs in Zams, Landeck and in Fließ (south side of our pleasure mountain).
The nearest ATM is located in Zams, only about 10 minutes walking distance (from valley station Venetbahn).
Check-in is on the day of arrival in the summer from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm | winter from 9:00 am to 04:00 pm directly at the reception in the mountain station of the Venetbahn.
Your room is ready for you on the day of arrival from 02:00 pm.
Unfortunately, your vacation is already over.
Please clear your room by 10:00 am on the day of your departure – not because we don't want you here anymore, but so that our cleaners have enough time to tidy up.
The Check-Out at the reception is possible until 4:00 pm.
We are happy to provide a free cot in the parent's room during your stay.
Please contact the reception if you would like to use this service.
Dinner is served daily from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Venet panorama restaurant.
Please inform the reception of any intolerances.
Your key-card opens the entrance to the Venet summit hut.
Please make sure you always have the card with you.
There's a fire – what now?
Please keep calm and follow the posted instructions.
Help children and elderly guests and leave the building through the marked emergency exits.
You are not feeling well?
The nearest pharmacy is located in Zams or Landeck.
Please notify the reception, so we can get the appropriate medication for you. The costs will be billed directly.
The next train station is Landeck-Zams and is located in Landeck.
Approximately 15 minutes (~ 1 km) walking distance from the valley station of the Venetbahn.

Did you sleep well? Time for breakfast.
Breakfast buffet daily in the summer from 07:00 am to 09:00 am | winter from 07:30 am to 09:00 am in the Venet panorama restaurant.
Fun right before the summit hut!
Parents are responsible for their children.
We accept EC, Visa and Mastercard.
Dogs are allowed for a fee of EUR 15 per day and dog (without food).
Please keep your dog always on a leash and take responsibility and liability for your four-legged friend.
From winter 2026/27: Note the muzzle requirement on the Venetbahn – muzzles are available at our cash desks.
In case of emergency, please contact our staff at the reception or in the panorama restaurant.

The Venet panorama restaurant is open daily from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm.

During your stay at the Venet summit hit, you have access to free parking spaces at the valley station of the Rifenalbahn / Venetbahn (from winter 2026/27).
Our reception team is committed to your "feel at home-feeling" and is daily available for you.
Please note the reception hours:
Summer: 09:00 am to 12:00 pm & 01:00 pm to 05:00 pm
Winter: 09:00 am to 12:00 pm & 01:00 pm to 04:00 pm
Each room features a shower, toilet, hairdryer, telephone, SAT-TV, radio, and internet access.
Our room keys are keycards – please take good care of them.
Upon departure please return them at the reception.
You can use the ski depot in the basement of the mountain station free of charge.
You will receive the key for the lockable locker at the reception.
We reserve the right to retain a deposit of EUR 20.
You can get ski tickets directly at the Rifenal cash desk.
In all premises of the Venet Bergbahnen, the summit hut, and the panorama restaurant, there is an absolute no-smoking policy.
In the Venet panorama restaurant, a table is reserved for you for breakfast and dinner.
We are happy to arrange a taxi for you.
Simply contact the reception. You will have to cover the costs for the taxi ride yourself.
No liability is assumed for valuables in the entire area of the Venet Bergbahnen, the summit hut and the panorama restaurants.
