The Venet summit hut offers different room types – from cozy double rooms to spacious family rooms to multi-bed rooms for groups. Each category convinces with natural materials, clear shapes and the unique charm of alpine wooden architecture.
Comfort Double Room
Our "Comfort Double Rooms" at the Venet summit hut are approximately 20 sqm and feature the popular bathtub by the window or an infrared heat cabin, shower/toilet, hairdryer, SAT-TV and internet access.
Minimum occupancy for both rooms: 2 persons, Maximum occupancy for the room with bathtub: 2 persons and for the room with the infrared heat cabin: 3 persons.
Family Room
The "Family Rooms" at the Venet summit hut are approximately 20 sqm and offer a shower/toilet, hairdryer, SAT-TV, and internet access. Two of the beds are bunk beds, which parents would prefer to sleep in.
Minimum occupancy: 2 persons. Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (2 persons on the couch).
Multi-bed room
The "multi-bed rooms" of the Venet summit hut are the ideal place for groups, school classes, clubs… Whether after a great ski day in winter or a hike in summer. In the Venet summit hut rooms you are guaranteed to be right. The group rooms are about 20 sqm and offer shower/toilet, hairdryer, SAT-TV, internet access.
Maximum occupancy: 7 people - 3 of them in the bunk bed.

Please notice the following information for arrival:
- Unfortunately, our cable car requires extensive renovation and new construction work, which means that it is currently not possible to operate.
- The Venet summit hut will therefore only be accessible via the Rifenal- and Weinbergbahn chairlifts.
- Between the Rifenal mountain station and the Weinbergbahn valley station there is a distance of approx. 400 m, which is only suitable for skiers and snowboarders in winter (slopes). In summer, it’s an easy walking route.
Please put on your skis or snowboard at the Rifenalbahn valley station and allow enough time
for the ascent and check-in.
- The Weinbergbahn mountain station is just a few metres from the summit hut. Reception is located at the Venetbahn mountain station (next to the summit hut, below the panorama restaurant).
- Please allow plenty of time for the ascent and check-in. The reception closes at the same time as the lifts: 4.00 pm in winter | 5.00 pm in summer. We therefore recommend that you arrive at the Rifenalbahn valley station at least 30 minutes beforehand.
