Arrival by car
The Venet cable cars are located in the upper Tyrol region. From the Inntal motorway, exit Landeck-Zams, the ski and hiking area can be reached in just a few minutes.
In the Winter 2025/26 and Summer 2026, access to Venet is exclusively via the Rifenalbahn valley station, as the Venetbahn is not in operation due to renovation work.
The Rifenalbahn valley station is located slightly above Zams and offers free parking spaces. From the gas station in the town centre of Zams, please follow the signs to the Rifenalbahn. Skiers can start directly from here to the ski area and return to the Rifenalbahn valley station.
From the 2026/27 winter season the Venetbahn lift will be back in operation, providing even greater flexibility and direct access to the ski and hiking area via the Venetbahn valley station. There is a large car park available directly at the Venetbahn valley station.
Arrival by public transport

The Venet cable cars railways are located in the upper Tyrol region. From the Inntal motorway, exit Landeck-Zams, the ski and hiking area can be reached in just a few minutes.
Starting in winter 2026/27, the Venet can also be conveniently reached by public transport.
Travel by bus
The central location makes the Venet particularly easy to reach by public bus. From the Landeck district or the Imst area, the route conveniently and stress-free leads directly to the Venet cable car valley station – perfect for a relaxed start to your winter or hiking adventure.
Travel by train
The Landeck-Zams train station is just a few minutes away. From there, a public bus runs directly to the Venet cable car valley station. Landeck-Zams station is well connected to rail networks in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. This enables guests to reach the Venet ski and hiking area in a stress-free, eco-friendly way.
